The conductor of this train is awesome. His voice is super smooth as he announces each stop. Every time he says, "This is the yellow line to Huntington," I feel like he could be talking about a late night show on a soul radio station.

Flight of the Conchords

All the FOTC landmarks are walking distance around Chinatown and I had time to kill. The apartment, the New Zealand consulate, and Dave's pawn shop.

Big score in Chinatown

I found a store in Chinatown that sells only chopsticks. I've wanted collapsable chopsticks for years and now I have them. I rule.

Okay, now I'm glad I came on the cruise.

NYC

I'm in New York through Sunday. The USO gave me tickets to some cruise tonight, so I'm going on a three hour tour.

Annapolis

I'm going to be spending a few days in Annapolis. Right now I'm at the waterfront.

Out of OCS

I'm out of OCS. No need to write me there anymore. Thanks to those who did.

Staying

We met with the Colonel and he is keeping all of us. Since we were litterally on the bus out before, we have to go through supply again plus all the stuff we missed yesterday and today: haircuts, large bag purchase, uniforms.
This may be my last chance to write for a few weeks.

May be staying

Apparently we're going to be reevaluated in the morning. Staying for the night. IDK what's happening.

Sent home

I'm being sent home for being three pounds overweight. I'd been told previously to try to get to regulation weight but that it wasn't so important that I should be unhealthy to get there. If I had known that you get sent home for being over, it would just be done.
